    The 4th Angel Mentoring Program - http://www.4thangel.org/ - The 4th Angel Mentoring Program is a survivorship program launched by The Scott Hamilton CARES Initiative that provides free and confidential telephone or e-mail support to cancer patients and their caregivers. Trained mentors, who are cancer survivors themselves or have been a caregiver to a cancer patient, offer guidance and support. The program ensures that participants are paired (matched) based on similar characteristics including gender, age, cancer diagnosis, and treatment type. Opportunities are also available for cancer survivors and their caregivers to volunteer as mentors.

    Cancer and Careers - www.cancerandcareers.org. provides a comprehensive website and free publications in English and Spanish as well as a series of support groups and educational seminars for employees with cancer, their employers, coworkers and healthcare providers. 

    Community Servings - www.servings.org Provide free home-delivered meals to homebound people with acute life-threatening illnesses, who are unable to shop or cook for themselves.

    Hope No Fear - www.hopenofear.com - people helping people who will provide wigs, medical equipment, child care during doctor appointments, and more. No charge, no strings attached, they just ask that you pay it forward when you can.

    Casting for Recovery - www.castingforrecovery.org - weekend retreats for women who have been diagnoses with breast cancer

    Stowe Weekend of Hope - www.stowehope.org - an annual three day conference available for cancer survivors

    Locks of Love  - www.locksoflove.org - donate hair to be made into wigs for young cancer patients 

    Celebration of Life - http://www.bidmc.org/col - Celebration of Life is a full day of celebration, education and kinship for the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) cancer community to raise awareness about the battle against cancer. This poignant event also welcomes men and women who receive their care from other hospitals in and around Boston – and beyond.

    I'm Too Young For This - www.youngcancerconference.org/ - I'm Too Young For THis is a free one-day annual conference run by the Dana Farber Cancer Institute for those treated for cancer as a young adult
    and their caregivers.

    I'm Too Young For This Cancer Foundation - www.i2y.org - I2y is a national organization which provides support and online resources exclusively for young adults between 15 and 40 who have been diagnosed with cancer. The offer information on young adult conferences, happy hours, tweetups, retreats, financial scholarships, peer groups, fertlity advocacy, legal assistance, relationship workshops and more.

    Cleaning for a Reason Foundation - www.cleaningforareason.org - Links house cleaning services with those in cancer treatment to provide house cleaning and maid service for those in cancer treatment.
